HOW TO VERIFY PAYPAL WITH PAYONEER MASTER CARD

Verifying Paypal with Payoneer Master Card is practicable since PayPal requires Credit Card Information for its verification purposes. However, there are tweaks and tricks of doing this since the Payoneer Master Card is only used for verification purposes, but a US account is required to withdraw the cash from PayPal.

The Prepaid card works in all Master Card Branded ATM's. For those countries not covered by PayPal like pakistan, Nigeria etc, it can't work. I just want to clarify this point.
