1. First of all Download Dccrap Modem '' THE LDOWNLOAD LINK IS BELLOW'' its already Unzip
2. Insert another SIM different from the Default Modem Sim into the Modem and Plug to your PC.

Thanks for your information. Now a days lot of methods available to unlock huawei modem .. But i have chosen unlock code method. I got unlock code from this site Simpleunlocking.com then unlocked my huawei modem easily I got free mobile unlocking instructions from this site Mobileunlockguide.com .
